We asked Jef for a comment. He wrote, "This article started out as a poster by Randy Kerr. He put it together when I was a consultant to NCR. While the poster itself is funny, the points it makes are important. I used each of the pictures (I appear in one of them) as the starting point for a discussion of interface issues. It was chosen as the cover story."
